Is this really what ChatGPT says?

It is a live answer from an AI assistant with web access, asked the same two questions a customer would ask, and shown to you word for word. Different assistants (ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot) read the same web and answer in the same way, so if this one cannot find you, the others usually cannot either.
