Questions people ask

Is this really what ChatGPT says?

It is a live answer from an AI assistant with web access, asked the same two questions a customer would ask, and shown to you word for word. Different assistants (ChatGPT, Google's AI Overviews, Perplexity, Copilot) read the same web and answer in the same way, so if this one cannot find you, the others usually cannot either. It is not a screenshot of ChatGPT itself.

Why does it name other firms and not mine?

Assistants recommend businesses whose websites they can read and trust: clear services, published prices, plain answers to the questions people ask, and structured data behind the page. Most small-business websites have none of that, so the assistant reaches for the ones that do, or for directories.

My business has great reviews. Why does it not know me?

Reviews live on Google, Facebook or Checkatrade, and an assistant may or may not pull them in. What it reads most reliably is your own website. If that website is old, thin or built in a way assistants cannot read, the reviews never reach the answer.

How do I get named?

Rebuild the website so it answers the questions buyers ask, publishes prices, names the business inside every fact, and carries structured data an assistant can read. Then keep it current. That is exactly what Sydex does, and you can see the result before paying anything.

Why only five checks an hour?

Each check costs a little to run, and this is a free tool. If you want more, send your website for the free review and the check is part of it.
