DECKING FROM £2,200Straight answers
Most joiners make you ring for every price. We publish ours, because you shouldn't need to book a visit to find out if you can afford the job. Every price below is fixed and confirmed in writing before a tool comes off the van.
If a job turns out bigger once we open it up, we stop, show you, and re-quote before carrying on. No "while we were in there" invoices.
Every price fixed from an approved drawing, held for 60 days. Balance on completion, when you're happy.
How it works
Form, phone or text: postcode and what needs doing is enough. Within one working hour you'll have either a fixed price or a time we'll come and look.
By text and email, held for 60 days. Say yes when you're ready and pick a date that suits from our live diary.
We turn up when we said, dust-sheet everything, hoover before we leave, and any certificate is issued the same day. Then we ask you to tell Google how it went.

Where we work
Workshop on Moor Road, Croston, out fitting across Central Lancashire. Same fixed prices everywhere on this list; anywhere else, ask and we'll tell you straight if we cover it.
Services
Every job starts with a measure and a scale drawing. You approve the drawing and the exact price together, pay 25% for materials, and nothing gets cut until you've said yes. If we open up a wall and find surprises, we stop, show you, and re-quote before carrying on.
Wardrobes, alcove units, media walls, window seats, under-stair storage, home offices. Sprayed in the workshop, fitted in days.
Doors hung and eased, skirting, architrave, panelling. The finish work that makes a room look done.
Refurbishments, new spindles and handrails, full replacements in oak and ash. Drawn and priced before a single spindle moves.
Supplied-and-fit or fit-only, scribed to walls that were never straight. Worktops, end panels, the lot.
Decking, gates, pergolas, sheds, in treated timber that lasts. Annual re-oil offered so it keeps looking right.
Sticking doors, broken spindles, rotten boards, break-in board-ups. Priced from a photo, usually same evening.
Our work
A gallery like this does two things a slogan can't: shows a buyer exactly the standard they'll get, and gives Google and the AI assistants real evidence to judge the business by. In your build, every frame below is a photo of your actual jobs, captioned like these.

Every job here is written up the way buyers search: what it was, where, and the detail that mattered. That's what makes a gallery pull work instead of just sitting there.
About us
Rick Walmsley served his time on site and set up the Croston workshop in 2008. Cal joined as an apprentice in 2022 and is now doing the spray finishing. Small on purpose: the person who measures and draws your job is the person who makes and fits it.
Machinery, spray booth and a timber store on Moor Road. Your furniture is built and finished here, not assembled from boxes in your bedroom.
£5m public liability and tool cover. Documents available on request without a fuss, because you should be asking every trade for them.
Croston born and based. If a job's too far or not our thing, we'll say so and point you at someone good.
